We work across automotive, pharmacy, healthcare discovery and membership services. Each product has its own customers, professional responsibilities and real-world handoffs, so we design the public experience and the systems behind it together.
Our work includes mobile applications, SaaS platforms, cloud and connected-device engineering, workflow automation, data dashboards and AI integrations. The aim is a useful system that can be understood, operated and improved after launch.

Tyanko has a 21-year career spanning cloud architecture and site reliability software engineering. That experience brings an operational perspective to product development: how systems behave in production, how teams notice a problem and how work safely recovers when a dependency fails.
His wider engineering work includes mobile application development and modernisation, connected-device and IoT platforms, cloud services, operational analytics and AI-enabled applications. At Soft Innovation, he leads product direction and technical delivery, working directly with clients to turn the real task into a considered first release and a system their team can run.

How we work with clients
We begin with a real example and the people who handle it today. Together we map the information, decisions, systems and exceptions involved, then agree what the first useful release should cover.
From there, we design and build in practical steps, test with realistic workflows and make ownership clear for launch and ongoing operation. The team can see what the software does, where a person remains responsible and how to handle work that falls outside the expected path.
